FBYM offers at least five options to churches in need of customized support during their youth ministry transitions:

1. The Assessment - Some churches are simply looking for a clear picture that says "You are here" with their youth ministries to provide a perspective that can give clarity and focus to the building or rebuilding process the youth ministry is facing.

2. The Stand Alone Option - This option allows a church to pinpoint the area(s) of greatest need in order to receive immediate and concentrated help.

3. The First Years Option - This provides churches with proactive protection against the early burn-out syndrome that is so typical in the first two years of youth ministry.

4. The On-Going Coaching Option - This option provides the same core services as the First Years Option but with a focus more on personal development coaching rather than on youth ministry skills training.

5. The Works - This option works on a one-year contract basis, in which Youth Ministry Transition Coaching agrees to oversee your ministry during that year. All the services available in the on-going coaching option are included here.
